Hello there, can someone rip the model of droopy mccool from SWG? Thanks! He's already been released and is in my SWG archive linked on the first page: Droopy Mccool SWG Mode Rip:

Perhaps the player correlian cantina as well? i really need that for this same project Well I did it but it was a real pain! Almost all the building exteriors in SWG use composite textures on UV channel 2 so importing them tends to break the UV mapping. For the building exterior I had to swap the UV channels over from 2 to 1 and then remap/realign all the UV coordinates to get the textures to look right. I also had to alter the exterior ground mesh because it was interfering with the interior mesh model (in SWG the exterior mesh is unloaded once you're inside the building so this isn't a problem with the outside mesh not matching the inside). I also made some custom composite textures for the exterior rather than trying to manually create a bunch of composite materials inside of 3DS Max since I'm not sure if they export/import correctly into other modeling programs. They are labeled, "corl_metal_dark_dirt_composite.dds", "corl_metal_med_dirt_composite.dds", and "corl_metal_med_dirt_seam_composite.dds". All the original textures are included though if you want to create your own composite materials. The exported "ply_corl_cantina_s01_r0_exterior_mesh_l0.obj" is the original game model but with the UV channels swapped since .OBJ format doesn't support more than one UV channel. The original UV mapping is there but it's pretty messed up. The interior includes no furniture just the basic interior layout, I hope it works for you! Corellian Player Cantina SWG Model Rip:

Corellian Player Cantina SWG Model Rip: Just finished Upscaling the textures using an AI Upscaler, and making new materials. This file contains the exact same thing, plus the new textures and blend file with the materials and lights. (Warhammer's Corellian Cantina Export, with TheGreebleAddict Edits)

Curious, which AI Upscaler do you use?.. I use Photoshop though implementing some AI could really improve results!

You can get it on a free trial to check it out.

I put all of the textures into one image and run it through, then separate it out into the separate images again.

hi. yo. this model is not the most organized. yes. i guess you'll just have to put in some work to seperate the meshes and textures and paint jobs. it's a passion project. most a-wings are.

Hi- quick question about all the rips of the ships posted earlier in this thread. How does one enable/disable the customization options. Cause when i open the OBJ file in blender all of the customization options are enabled at once causing some hideous overlap. Included a photo of what it looks like for the A-Wing as well Before you import an .obj model, go to Geometry and select "Split by Group", that will split the objects for individual selection.

You can select connected groups of vertices by pressing L when your mouse is over that part of the object, or alternatively as Abeja said you can select 'split by group' when importing the OBJ file, which will mean that individual parts of the mesh will be separated into their own objects. It's really up to personal preference there.

Found a Trade Federation ship in the Star Wars Galaxies files that caught my eye. The original file is called "spacestation_tradefed_destroyed_hulk" and, since I wasn't able to find an intact version, I decided to try to reassemble and repair the model. Not sure if I'll be able to patch up the textures though. My progress so far:

Not sure if I'll be able to patch up the textures though. That's some good effort to restore it! The ship looks like it belongs to the same group as the "merchant_cruiser_light_l0" and "merchant_cruiser_medium_l0", perhaps it's the missing merchant cruiser heavy? You might also like to check out the crashed Old Republic Hammerhead-class ship found on Mustafar! It's not the same model as the one used in KotOR and KotOR II and is distinctly smaller than the aforementioned cruiser, maybe more like a corvette. The files in the game are under "poi_must_crashed_republic_ship_".

Thanks! It's been quite the project lol That's some good effort to restore it! The ship looks like it belongs to the same group as the "merchant_cruiser_light_l0" and "merchant_cruiser_medium_l0", perhaps it's the missing merchant cruiser heavy? Good call! It definitely favors the heavy design. I've almost finished the rebuild, just need to fix a few texture errors (considered sampling parts of the texture in an attempt to remove the scorch marks and such but it wouldn't quite look right and would take a while). I'll probably post all three when it's finished. I'll definitely check that out, I love those cruisers.

A friend of mine wanted a quick custom Firespray build so I figured I'd share the extracted files too. Star Wars Galaxies FiresprayEdit: Fixed an issue with the model not being flipped properly.
