Could someone export the Bageraset? i tried doing it myself, and it worked to a degree but it does not have a skeleton. which would be fine, but i need it for an animation, and the rig is to complex to make a new one without messing up the original weights. anyway, thanks for all the help you have given me here, Warhammer_81!

I'm after some objects to decorate a Mustafar map with. Specifically, there's that giant mushroom building that'd be pretty nice to have. Could you be a bit more specific? I'm not sure what exactly you're talking about. Maybe some references like pictures would help me out.

Might as well ask here. Anyone know where I can find all the cards art of the Star Wars Galaxies Trading Card Game? I'm not really sure how to get the game anymore since the servers are shut down. The Trading Card Game was only accessible through the SWG servers and I haven't found a full backup of the game's content anywhere online. There was an effort to make an emulator for the game but so far it seems it isn't working: www.swgtcg.com/UPDATE: The SWG TCG stores all the card images inside .RCC files and I'm not sure if anyone has successfully extracted all the images from them: boards.theforce.net/threads/i-am-the-meatlump-king-galaxies-tcg-discussion.30575287/page-9Here is the " cards.rcc" file containing the card images, however I don't know if it contains 100% of all the cards. www.taultunleashed.com/starwarsgalaxies-discussion/artworks-from-swg-trading-card-game-t81087.htmlThe .RCC Files are QTResources and the data is XOR'd to obfuscate it slightly. Download the QT development environment and make an app using the qtcore that loads the cards.rcc file as a qresource, then recursively extract all qdir files. As you write the data to disk xor each byte by 0x73 to get the original data. i.imgur.com/mRScU.jpg

Fantastic archive, thank you for providing it.
What's your attribution licensing on these rips? I'm going to be putting together a Rihkxyrk .OPT for XWA for personal use, but before sharing it I want to make sure if it's kosher or not.

The models are posted for general public use however if you make a game mod it would likely fall under a creative commons license. Keep in mind the assets from any game still belong to the original license holder(s) and they can enforce those rights at anytime, meaning they can request removal of any content related to their intellectual property if they so choose and there really isn't anything we can do about it. The Walt Disney Company owns all the rights to all Star Wars related content and any derivative works based on the Star Wars franchise (including fan-made content). Currently Lucasfilm Games (formerly known as LucasArts) is the licensing arm of Disney for all Lucasfilm-related properties for use by third-party game developers. Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) is the original developer of Star Wars Galaxies and owns all the rights to the original game design and programming code. The XWA Upgrade Project uses some content from SWG but they have been trying to move away from using it in favor of all in-house generated content so as not to face any unwanted legal troubles in the future. They've never had any problems in like 15+ years so I wouldn't worry too much about creating your own mods based on the SWG models. As long as you don't sell or otherwise try to profit from your endeavors you should be fine. I attempted to make a couple of XWA mods myself about 12 years ago but I never got much support in the community so I never finished them. The XWAUP team along with better custom tools have advanced the game a lot since back then! It is far easier to mod the game now so I may make a mod or two once again, who knows. Thanks for the answer! I suppose I should have been a little more clear in my question, since I was mainly asking about whether or not you would want me to ask permissions before release. I will credit you (and Galaxies) if/when I release something. Always good to keep the typical Creative Commons stuff in mind, though. And I'm definitely going to be snagging that IG-2000 model for my own personal collection!
The XWAU project is my main source of interest in porting (I have no ability to model myself, but I can work with models and programs to get stuff working), and they have indeed made it easier. Been working on the Rihkxyrk all afternoon, after finding out just how "easy" it'd be, and it turns out everything is basically straightforward.

In that case, this forum is just for sharing and ripping models, so no credit is needed (unless someone created the model/s themselves, which isn't the case in this specific thread), that is unless you want to credit the uploader/s, but again it's not necessary.
