Getting a missing skin cluster issue when I'm trying to import the NT-242's original scope into Maya. The issue means that only the scope lens is importing, and not the scope model itself.
Re-exporting in Noesis is a no-go, since every format I have tried results in the same error - apart from OBJ, which is also a no-go, because I lose UV Channel data. Anybody got a fixed version of that file? (nt242_1p_scope_default_1p_mesh)

Does anyone here have the meshes for Felucia from BF2 I know the whole map doesn’t come as a mesh I just need some of the plants and rocks

To all the new people requesting assets, my advice is check one of the many archives and/or extract it yourself with Frosty Editor. It's extremely easy: frostytoolsuite.com/downloads.html

Not a usual request, but I'm making an Invisible Hand map for the original Battlefront. Is anybody able to extract textures from the interiors? I don't need everything, just the textures used in the hallways (walls, flors and ceilings). I have the hangar covered thanks to SWBF3 but the hallway textures aren't ideal. Thanks in advance.

Most of the weapons have 2 UV channels; the normal map is applied to UV1 while the rest of the textures are applied to UV2. Most of my uploads have a "fixed" normal map that is remapped to UV2, but I haven't gotten around to doing this for the weapons yet.

BadHorse are you aware of any possible reason why the blueprint transform coordinates might not transfer over to other programs? For example I'm trying to work on re-assembling the Turbo Tank, and about 50% of the mesh coordinates work fine, while many others range from simply needing one of the numbers inverted to objects being completely in the incorrect places. I'm not sure if this is perhaps just an issue with Cinema 4D, or perhaps I'm doing something incorrectly.

At some point Frosty stopped showing the true 4x3 transform matrices used by the game blueprints, and instead converted them to translation, Euler angle rotation, and scale. Most of the time this works fine, but sometimes it doesn't -- they're just not quite mathematically the same. You might want to see if there's any way in C4D to utilize the 4x3 matrix, which can still be found by exporting the EBX of the blueprint as an XML.

I looked through the links but couldn't find assets from Star Wars Battlefront 2 Palace Hangar. Does anyone know if they've been uploaded anywhere?
The only ones I can seem to find are from the city streets of Naboo.

If someone had the know how they could make a plugin for Frosty that extracted the animations, as for the Dwarf Spider Walker it only has left and right turn animations along with a couple idle animations.
On the subject of me talking about a animation plugin for frosty from what i gathered is that Gman made the animations viewable in the mesh preview screen with a drop down menu displaying all the animations for the veiwed mesh then said animations could be exported to FBX with or without the mesh. (Note, this has already been made by Gman just never released by Cade)

Interesting. In that past I have tried importing with Blender, then exporting and opening the file in C4D, same issue though. Hmm... How well does C4d handle Shape Keys? They are a bit of a mess in Blender...Of course I assume you are just using the High Poly meshes and not with the low Lods...
