hmm.. there was a maz kanata model in one of those cell phone vr games.. i dont know the correct word for it. you activate the app and you see a speciffic sw character combined with the real background that your cellphone/smartphone is catching with its camera. Augmented reality? Huh, I'll dig around and see if I can find which one. |

Like many other apps the .apk file for the Star Wars app itself doesn't contain all the data. Looking at the Star Wars v2.4.0.377 .APK data it references what's called the "ForceFridayApp" for the additional app data. The data containing the AR models is downloaded to the device on-demand. If there's no archive backup of the data OR the original server storing the data gets shut down there's no way to get the models.  |

Facepunch, I have no idea which thread as I downloaded it around the time that AR game was released. I'm not positive if I also have the other models, I'd have to check. EDIT: Luckily I did back them all up! At least I assume this is all of them. I did a lot of digging to try to find a way to extract mods and made a little progress. I can extract .fbmod files, and it's the same hierarchy as it would be in FrostyEditor, but the extracted files are all .file and .f20t file formats. The .f20t files are all image formats. Anyone have any idea on where to go from here?   EDIT: the mod Icon converts into a .png file it's a small win but I'll take what I can get  |

The script needs to be written to extract the .fbmod files created for Battlefront II specifically. |

Although I originally planned on upload these last year, I was finally able to finish all of the additional Rebel gear/parts from BF2.
