I can not wait to try any uniform, these look great! Here's another look. I went ahead with the TNG crew. Worf is still in the future. But he's not the only ones I'll do as well. I am going to take a crack at Tasha Yar since I have her model from Star Trek Online. Might also do Ro, Dr. Kate Pulaski and Reginald Barcly but if I do those ones I'll have to FaceGen them. Also since you asked about Star Trek Online bridges as it happens a friend of mine, RahmmiPoofs on Twitter, has been working on the STO Galaxy Class Bridge. These look real nice. Glad to finally see some decent TNG era models.

Just a heads up the 4th and I think final piece of the Star Trek Fleet Command TNG Arc goes live in the morning.
If they're going in series order Deep Space Nine is next. And that will probably run for the remainder of the year and 2022 will kick off with Voyager.

Are these your G8 conversions or the mods?

Are these your G8 conversions or the mods? The render is of my G8 conversions. But it could just as easily be the original models since my conversions are 100% accurate.

I have been using an Android emulator to run Star Trek Fleet Command on PC but Scopley’s games just announced that the game will be officially coming to PC soon as a proper PC build. I wonder if that means I’ll be able to get those ship models I want soon. Not to mention the game now has cross play so I’ll be able to transfer my Google play account over.

Nice, should also make it easier to get the character models too.

Hey this has been playing on my mind for quite some time would anyone possibly have an idea of how to get the models from the game Star Trek Shattered Universe? It's for the Playstation 2 and Original XBOX. While most of the ship models from that game can easily be found in other games such as Star Trek Online there are a few that are unique to Shattered Universe. cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/674763780856741926/883877095535693905/dase8zb-139da7e8-de8b-4af4-b79a-cb8a05835037.pngThe only one I have is the one on the bottom left and that was only because it was in another game and made its way on to the Star Trek Bridge Commander GameFront mods page. I tried to build a custom model of the one in the bottom right but it honestly ended up looking like crap texture-wise.

Well I looked into it but unfortunately there are no tools to extract or convert the 3D models and textures from the game archives. The game's model assets are compressed inside .glu archives which I cannot extract. The only option for now is to rip the models using Ninja Ripper/3D Ripper DX via and emulator like Cxbx Reloaded. I can't do this myself but if you or someone else wants to give it a shot you might be able to get models from the game this way.

I did start to gather and build some of the assets, got half the way through building the shuttle bay, just took too long and lost interest. I did finish the bridge though, think I still have that somewhere. It's a shame I don't still have all the tools and assets from a number of years ago otherwise I'd have a go, but I've had a look and just can't find them.

To be honest it was that character model in the linked image that I wanted. As for sets I have the ones from Vanishingpoint which I'm happy with.

I find it funny that the first ship from Star Trek Lower Decks to make it into STO is not even the hero ship itself from the show...

Well that speaks volumes about how irrelevant that show is.

The creator has mentioned that the California class has a special gimmick that we haven't seen yet. What I'd say is that they want to save the reveal of that in the show rather that as a special ability in STO.

johnfleetadmiral01 ,So I just ripped some of the latest ships ok, but the latest textures don't seem to want to open in Noesis and I can't export them. Have you encountered this issue before? Talking about STO here.

Talking about STO here. If that happens that might mean that's one of the textures are either corrupt or you didn't rename to the file extention properly - this is for HTEX the Higher res texture I change it to either .CRN or .dds that usually works.

My problem is I can't even load ANY of the textures from my most recent rip. Only WTEX show up in Noesis and it says it can't even see the HTEX versions. Whenever I go to export Noesis says "Loading as CRN. WARNING. Could not load external texture."

Hey guys! I have a quick question. In Star Trek Online I can swear that I remember some kind of crystal looking rifle as a ground weapon but I can't seem to remember exactly what it was named. Do any of you know what I'm talking about and maybe have a model of it?

Did you see that Gibbed recently updated his cryptic tools a two weeks ago? I tried using the new schema on his github with the old exes but they don't seem like they do anything different - still have the issues with 4k textures.
I want to try to compile the new exes but I've never worked with C# before. I don't suppose anyone has gotten it working?

Hey all (Hey CptRex, I know you from GUN!), just stumbled on this forum while trying to figure out some of STO's textures. I haven't been able to access the wtex or htex for ships like the Parliament, renaming didn't work. Was wondering if anyone's figured it out yet. But anyway, I've made client-side mods of STO a project of mine. The Gibbed tools were upgraded for the x64 client a few weeks ago after I had a discussion with him. However, he accidentally didn't include the x64 natives, so the toolset is partially unusable at the moment. I opened an issue about it and he said he'll get it up and running soon. Once those are, I'll compile them and share them here if you all want. From what I understand though, the tools for converting resources and unpacking bins should be perfectly fine, it's just the schemas that need updating. Hey guys! I have a quick question. In Star Trek Online I can swear that I remember some kind of crystal looking rifle as a ground weapon but I can't seem to remember exactly what it was named. Do any of you know what I'm talking about and maybe have a model of it?
Edit: Also, has anyone managed to decompile the objlib.bin? I'm assuming that STO stores the data for the ground weapons and equipment there, it would help track down textures and materials for those items.

I've never used the Gibbed tools. not sure how they would be useful over the regular hogg extractor I've been using. I still have no trouble converting the wtex or htex textures. I just ripped the latest updated (Saber class and new one they added). I'll see if I can throw up a share with the ripping tools I've been using. Its just Noesis with the proper plugin for wtex/htex format. My shares have been updated to include the new stuff.

I'm not sure yet if I'll try these new tools. What I want to know is if it will export the game's animation rig.
