I thought it would helpful to start a request thread for Star Trek models.
I'd love to find ship models that are the same quality level as Battle Front. If you have model repositories you're willing to share, please post them here.

Well while loading up the STO Federation ships to do this showcase I found out what my computer's limitation is. If I'm going to scenes of large scale fleet/fleet battles in the fanfilm project I'm using these models for and I am, I'm going to have to use Instances or Render layers because this many ships in a single scene is beyond what my CPU can handle. Some of those characters are on my to do list anyway so I will see what I can do, bare in mind that's based on what my work schedule will permit. I've been working full time. My job was one of few not affected by the COVID-19 stay at home order.
So if it seemed like my model work slowed down to a crawl that's why.

Sorry I've been so quiet but I've made some progress you might like.  Still finding myself having to manually rig the STO characters but over the summer I developed a shortcut that should allow me to have most of the main characters done in a week or two if I keep going at the same pace I've been going for the past 3 or 4 days. Addtionally I got into the Star Trek Fleet Command files.   Oh and this. I think you said you wanted Kelvin Timeline Kirk but I have and am sticking to, at least for now, classic Kirk. |

Has anybody ripped the newest Klingon models from STO? Namely the new models for the K'Tinga and Bird of Prey which look f'in amazing compared to the old ones.

I have them but haven't posted them up yet. I'm planning on releasing a massive STO ships pack. I just have to work on a few more Federation ships I want to fix then I'll put up the pack.
