Are there additional textures somewhere for the E-Web? The textures I have are just for the gun itself, but the power generator has different UV mapping, so it looks like there should be separate textures for that.

I presume it's probably just a different UV; some weapons have the 2-UV situation, and some don't. I haven't gotten around to re-baking the weapon UV's yet, but that's definitely something I've been planning on doing at some point.

I know maps are basically impossible to rip from the Battlefront games (Or any game nowadays tbf), but I'm wondering if anyone has the ANH Meeting Room from the Death Star map in Battlefront. Thanks!

Somewhere there's a bunch of HDRI pictures made from various BF2 maps. How difficult are those to make? They could potentially be a solution to exporting maps. Obviously you won't get the actual geometry, but they could work for background and lighting.

All you need is an Nvidia graphics card, the HDRI function is built right into Ansel via the Geforce app. I made a ton of them when BF2 first came out. I think other programs like OpenGameCamera *might* have that functionality as well, but I've never used them so I'm not positive.

Is there a trick to using the Grievous animations in Blender? With any other animation, I can just import the fbx and apply it to the main figure using the Action Editor. But applying Grievous' animations to Grievous turns him into a horrifying mess straight out of The Thing. Are there different settings that need to be used for Grievous' animations?

I am not compleatly sure as I have not used these particular animations but in general on importing FBX animations to Blender...Make sure to select the armature first then import the FBX animation, in the setting try un-checking Use Pre-Post Rotation, in the Armature settings select Force Connect Children and Automatic Bone Rotation... either delete the Animation Armature or Merge the armatures... Sometimes if it adds a new Armature Modifier...you might have to apply the first modifier in the stack and leave the second...and then selecting the armature add the new animation in the action editor....

Nope, still didn't work. I can apply any other animation to the Grievous figure, and it works (without having to change any settings). It's just the Grievous animations, for whatever reason. Since BF2 is on sale, I decided to get it and start taking some HDRIs. Is there a way to hide your character so that it doesn't appear in the shot?

There are cinematic tools IIRC for that. Yeah, there's Open Game Camera, which is great for allowing freedom of movement with the camera, as well as time stop. Unfortunately, there's an issue with OGC where I get strange ghosting when I do a 360° photo. It's like what happens when there's motion of objects between different exposures, but that shouldn't happen since time is stopped.
