I've made slight progress; making some alterations, I was able to keep the weights intact, however the head turns 180 degrees from the skeleton. I'll keep experimenting.

I should have all of the alien and human heads uploaded tonight or tomorrow. After that I'll finish up putting the hero packages together.

You could have saved yourself time and work ... most of the heads are here: BF2 Heads Fixed since BF2 came out I NEVER use other people's files other than Badhorse's fixed normal maps. If I want something done, I do it myself. Besides, the head fix SMD files were updated recently, fixing many problems that were present when the game launched. If those heads you linked are from back then, then they have a lot of issues that you may not have noticed (such as the Abednedo's messed up tendrils). The files that I just uploaded are now the definitive versions.

Hello guys, excuse my lack of knowledge, but for what program are the figures rigged. I try to use them in Daz3D but an import usually ends up in a mess of pieces, with the error message no root bone ... or so

I'm still learning about bones, animations and stuff and need an Tester for this files. Maybe the different scource makes it for you. If you need an special char, make a noise.

First wave of updated heroes are being uploaded now. I will continuously add more heroes as I finish them here: www.mediafire.com/folder/uidipke9xi9k5/HeroesNOTE: I added Jyn and Krennic to the folder, however the heads currently cannot be fixed, so they just contain the raw heads for now.

Why can't those two heads be fixed? I have the working .smd fix files if you need them. Also how did you manage to fix the heads? I'd like to know how to do it myself, as I prefer to use files I've fixed myself.

The vur files v2 from id-daemon are a different/outdated or newer (?) face rig structure. If you got the correct files that'd be nice to have.

If you need any more SMDs I can upload them tomorrow. On second thought, since Ducktrooper needs them anyway, if you don't mind I'd love to have the BF1 SMDs to add to my collection, just in case I ever need them.

Yes. Pease. I' missing Dengar, Cybernetic Female and the Swbf Lando. Dengar doesn't need his head fixed. Its one of the few heads in BF1 that doesn't. The vur smd also does an scale and rotation change. So to get all model the same, i want it. Btw, what format version are your files ? Fbx converter 2013 cant convert then. Fbx rewiev opens them correct. Is it a newer version ?

The fixed head meshes are in FBX 2016. Also I don't notice any difference with Dengar's head. The original mesh looks perfect. If the SMD makes any difference, it's either extremely minimal or it doesn't alter the appearance at all, just the joints. I suppose I'd still like to take a look at the SMD though.

Okay, the differences appears in 3dsmax.
I also tested the Blender Facefix again just to see differences between the methods.
When the face is fixed i select the Reference and after this , with right Mousebutton and select , the meshes. Ctrl+A then Ctrl+P and the meshes flip 90 degrees what i can fix down on the left clicking "Keep Transform".
Did i forgot any Step ?
