Thanks for your effort, just FYI your models are mirrored the wrong way. This is always the case when converting SWG models so always remember to mirror them after importing them into your 3D editing software. It should look like this:

Warhammer_81 , so do you have the .TRE editor to get stuff from starwars galaxies cause the link i found was dead, and i cant find another it seems, the one i did dint have the greatest of comments for it

so i got the files but it seems like theres way less than whats stated on the wiki yet what i have showing even includes visually duplicate weapons so i am indeed confused, are the files incomplete or is there another place to look? Warhammer_81,

Just got this finished up for you from Star Wars Galaxies. I upped the detail a bit and fixed the UV mapping issues as well as fixed a few of the most glaring mesh geometry errors. I also added Normal, Emissive, and Specular textures. The model from SWG is very low detail and only seen as a distant background ship: Variable Altitude Assault Transport/enforcement (VAAT/e):

Warhammer_81 , I don't know what files you have or even if you have all the patch files or not. After Patch_17 all the .TRE files need to be opened via opening the .TOC files. TOC is Table of Contents, so .TRE files after patch 17 have the .TOC table of contents removed from the file and it's stored in sku0_client.toc. Also some of the file names don't always match exactly with what they are or are misspelled. I'm not sure if this is your problem or not.

The .IFF files won't help you much as they do not contain anything but data telling the game how to assemble all the assets together. You need to extract the .MSH, .MGN, .SKL, .SHT, and .DDS files. There are also .PAL files which contain the pallet information which is what colors to shade the masked portions of the textures. 2. The .MSH and .MGN files are the 3D geometry meshes. The .SKL is the skeleton used to rig and animate the model. The .SHT (shader file) is used to tell the game how to apply the texture materials to the 3D models. The .DDS files are the textures. Most models only use One UV channel but there are some that use Two UV channels (mainly buildings) to apply dirt, grime or other overlaying textures. 3. The .MSH files are not the same format as those from the Battlefront games so the SWBF .msh Viewer won't work. You'll need some other tool to convert the meshes to a usable format: groinkick.freeforums.net/post/2763
