So what's the quickest way to get a DX11 .model converted to a useable format?.. some of the models a .dae hasn't been provided?.. Visual Studio or something??...
EDIT:.. not too impressed so far.. majority of the files are .dds only!?..

EDIT:.. not too impressed so far.. majority of the files are .dds only!?.. The raw files from the game must be converted, check my posts: groinkick.freeforums.net/post/2656/threadI would not recommend trying to re-assemble the models using the method above because you can't get the fully assembled scenes and will end up trying to piece them all together from over 1,000 .OBJ models! Ripping the models from the game using Ninja Ripper is easier in my opinion.

Has there been progress to ripping the complete saga? I really need that Dex’s diner… The outside. Are you asking for a rip of the model from LEGO Star Wars The Video Game (2005) or LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga (2022)? I can only get you the 2005 version, not the 2022 version. Or perhaps you would like the version from Star Wars Galaxies instead?

Could someone export the Tie, X-wing, or Millennium Falcon models from the original lego star wars game?

Could someone export the Tie, X-wing, or Millennium Falcon models from the original lego star wars game? Could you provide some additional details to give us more clarity on what you're looking for? 1. Which LEGO game exactly are you looking to get models from: LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga OR some other LEGO game. 2. Are you wanting the low-poly in-flight LOD models or the higher-poly models you see up close? 3. Do you need the LEGO models from the game(s) specifically or do you just want 3D models of the assembled LEGO kits?

The Complete Saga. preferably low poly, but the thing I'm using them for might work with a higher poly up close model. I'm working on a goofy mod for SWG to replace some of the ships with Lego ones. From the game specifically, as is every individual brick if modeled it won't be very friendly for how old that engine is.

Thank you!! can't wait to try and use it The way they faked the studs is surprisingly effective. I found the game uses multiple LOD models inconsistently. You can see the Y-Wing in the game is fairly high poly but is missing the studs and the decals for some reason. Most of the other models use multiple layers of flat polygons to "simulate" the 3D studs but the effect falls apart as soon as you view the models up close or from non-isometric angles. I guess it saves on rendering resources when you have large surfaces with dozens of studs. So I tried to optimize it a little by removing most unseen faces and using textures in place of 3D geometry where I could. The original highest LOD Y-Wing model has around 7,000 faces while my improved version has 10,078 faces including the astromech. Oddly the original game model includes some internal geometry from the original LEGO model but is never seen in the game and also includes some unseen studs like they forgot to fully optimize it.

Or perhaps you would like the version from Star Wars Galaxies instead?Hi there, it’s been a while since I’ve posted in here. I’m currently having issues getting the models of dex’s diner from Lego Star Wars 2005, I would like the first room and the outside where the mini kits are displayed. I have grown my knowledge on ripping quite a bit but I am still struggling with this, mainly because I don’t know of any tool for the .nup and .hgp version 1 file extensions used in the first Lego Star Wars, so I have tried using different emulators (due to the pc version not being compatible with my pc) and ninja ripper with some success. The only thing is due to ripping in multiple pieces the coordinates aren’t applied correctly and would need reassembling. If anyone has this model already or can get with ease I’d really appreciate it being posted as I’ve spent a good amount of time trying to get the models, I don’t need all the episode rooms, just the first room and exterior EDIT: huge thanks to isaac1138, I checked the level files in your uploaded files and came across a perfectly put together blender scene this is amazing, the only problem is the model for inside the diner has the textures applied wrong, I don’t suppose anyone has a correct version of the interior?

What did you guy's do to get ninja ripper working with Lego star wars TCW? LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars runs under DirectX so using NinjaRipper wasn't hard at all.
