The SD-K4 assassin droid and its mini spider droids (both Rebel and Imperial) can be found in the data cache I shared above under the folders "spiderdroid_emp-ani", "spiderlingdroid_emp-ani", "spiderdroid_rbl-ani", and "spiderlingdroid_rbl-ani".
Now for some notes about what is and isn't included here: 1. The entire archive is in a totally raw state and all the data files are still compressed. Also the folders are in their original names and not sorted. 2. All the data file sets I have collected from the game are in here but are not extracted or sorted in any way. 3. The .assetbundle files contain some of the unused BETA assets from when the game used to be playable online through Facebook/Windows Browsers. 4. Not every single asset from the game may be present in the data cache since I didn't cache the game data regularly, I know for a fact there is some missing art, audio, and FX assets. 5. I did not include the data from the various game versions' .APK files. You can still find most of the game .APK files on the internet and download and extract the data from them if you care about that. 6. This does not contain any assets from sources outside the game itself such as artist renders, concept art, videos, or 3D models. There are a few assets that never made it into the full game as 3D models but were still used in the game's art, videos, and advertising. 7. You should not consider any of this data to be a replacement for the models I have previously extracted and released since my model releases contain custom modifications to the 3D meshes and/or textures to make them more viable for use outside the original game environment. 8. If I ever find any additional missing data I will update the archive. I have an old backup of the game from when I used NOX emulator to play it but I have not been able to restore or access it. I'm not sure what may be in there or if it even includes anything different from what's already been released. All that being said here it is, enjoy : Star Wars Commander data cache

For example I want the ATST in it's standing mode like in your OBJ files, two legs positioning at the same angle, but no matter what i do, the model is always posed as the first frame of its animation, like taking a step forward. Would you please tell me how you managed to do that ?

Some of the models I could export without the bone animations while others I could not. In the cases where I couldn’t remove the animations to get a static pose I had to manually rotate the parts into the correct positions.

I figured it out, i can use the "assume skin pose" function in 3dsmax to automatically revert them back to their original pose without animation. However for walkers, since they have no skin but only meshes, "original pose" doesn't exist for them.

All the assets I have for the game are on page one. There are no mobile proton torpedo launcher systems in the game. There is the IG-227 Hailfire-class droid tank which fires missiles. Perhaps you're thinking of the unit from Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds or Empire at War?

In one you have some models and stuff from Star Wars Commander and in the other you have your Star Wars Commander Cache. Are you planning on eventually ripping more assets from that cache or no? If you are please let me know. One of my friends and I are also gonna try and remake it. I am so biting off more than I can chew but hopefully it'll be worth it in the end. Also if I dont respond after a while as your response may get lost over time or I miss it please feel free to contact me on Discord. I am in the server. My name in the server is The Gaming Republic. Yeah I know. Wont have the server end of it for a while but I can do a lot of the other stuff. I think I have coding most functions of the game already excluding animations and sounds. Havent really done much with those yet.
