I have been looking at the normals maps for the ships. They certainly do not look like XY normals. They remind of Hemi-Octahedron normals used in some COD games. knarkowicz.wordpress.com/2014/04/16/octahedron-normal-vector-encoding/Potentially a node tree in blender could convert it. VR related stuff often use this mode of encoding. Apparently the XY mapping only 78.5% of the 2d pixel spectrum, whereas hemi-octahedron use all.

I looked through it, and it looks like a lot of the textures for the cockpit are missing. Plus the cockpit is only partially assembled, some of the pieces load separately from the rest of it, and I don't know what the blueprint coordinates for them are. Rancor022, BadHorse, sorry to bother you two, but have either of you had any luck with getting any of the various cockpit-related textures or nah?

I personally have not, I'd been trying to figure it out for a long time and eventually gave up. The normal maps are there, but I'm not entirely sure how to successfully convert them to tangent-space maps. As for the diffuse I have no clue.

Does anyone have a complete and assembled version of the Zeta-class Heavy Cargo Shuttle? The one in corraashu's archive is incomplete/missing the turrets and not assembled.

The latest project (Nadiri dockyards). So far the meshes have been reasonably well-behaved, but I expect that the texture work is going to take a very long time. I really should learn to quit while I'm ahead. 3.1M triangles BadHorse, Any progress on these two as of late? I know both are a lot of work, but I'd still really love to see them finished whenever possible.

- Mon calamari fuel pods - Radar station and radar beacons near Galitan - GR75 - Skydomes (I only saw a few posted here)

I'm trying to get some of these TIE Fighter models ready for 3d printing and I was wondering if any of you guys know a good method of creating a good mesh texture for the wing panels? Having it be completely flat doesn't look so good on a printed model.

Do the body models exist in the game files outside of the icons? These would be extremely useful for creating custom models for animation.
