I know this is an old game, but has anyone ripped the models from the game Star Wars Shadows of the Empire?

The short answer is NO. No models have been ripped from the game that I know of however with some effort I believe models can be ripped.

This is not the only way to rip the models but it's probably the simplest. I've used this method myself for ripping game models from Rogue Squadron 3D, Episode I Racer, and others before better methods became available. Not all games will run properly with the PJ64 emulator or with the Nemu64 graphics plugin. It took me a lot of trial and error to get the models I wanted so your success may vary. You can also try using Ninja Ripper with the PC version though I haven't been able to get it to work.

Oh im aware, ive got most of them. There's just some missing. Like this, the trade federation cargo freighter and the trade federation cruiser missiles. Maybe the prison station and turrets too

Yes, everything can be ripped from the Star Wars Starfighter and Jedi Starfighter games.

One way to rip models is to use an XBOX emulator to play the game and use Ninja Ripper to capture scenes during game play, umbra0912 used this method to get the models he shared. Another way is to use a combination of QuickBMS to extract the .pak and .pmdl files from the game and Ultimate Unwrap 3D to extract the .msh and .mdl models directly from the game files. The later is the method I used to get all the models I have shared. The XBOX versions of Jedi Starfighter and Starfighter Special Edition use higher quality .dds textures and can easily be extracted. The PS2 versions use lower quality textures and are a different format but can also be extracted from. Last is the basic PC version of Starfighter which uses .tga textures. All versions of the games use the same .pak, .pmdl, .mdl, and .msh files to store their assets.
As for your lack of storage space on your PC, I can empathize. Sometimes just dumping everything to an external USB flashdrive is the simplest and cheapest way to go when you need more storage space fast.
