Did anyone ever manage to get their hands on Jocasta Nu's model from the ROTS game? I know she appears in a cutscene when Vader kills her and later on her body appears during the Obi/Yoda level. Also, do you know where I could find jedi youngling models as well?

Also, do you know where I could find jedi youngling models as well? Jocasta Nu's model is only partially complete (missing legs, right side, back, and sash) and is in a permanent pose. The model in the cutscene is not in the game files since all the cutscene videos are pre-rendered. www.imgur.com/ChePgDm.png

Does anyone have the original YT-2000 'Otana' from X-Wing Alliance? Not the XWAUP version. I'm needing it for a lowrez/collision model, but I no longer have my old XWA tools

The textures have been converted to .PNG from their original .BMP 256 colors: www.mediafire.com/file/fzueksvy5mk0j2g/XWA+YT-2000+Otana.zip/file

Created this thread as there might be some models to rip from the new remaster Pretty sure Dark Forces only uses 2D objects and sprites, aside from the environments.

daddylongs, I guess you have mistaken the Remake for the Remaster Version.

I'll probably just end up folding this thread into the Star Wars Modelling Thread if there's not much of interest here.

The game engine has been fully remade allowing for much higher resolutions and modern controls and graphics cards. All the original levels and 3D model assets (though very few) are the same as the original game. The HD cutscenes have all been remade using better CGI models and are pretty faithful recreations of the originals but are still pre-rendered just like the original game. I think the only assets worth getting are the HD upscaled textures. I've noticed the textures are fairly accurate to their originals!

Could you redo this using the squadrons model daddylongs Take a look here linkHey ducktrooper can you fix the shading of this gozanti when you get thr chance to match the original gozanti trying to combine this with the squadrons gozanti and I want to use base colors for thr gozanti with no textures if you can fix the shading on this model to match the squadrons gozanti that would be nice Recently wanted to use all variants of the gozanti and was hoping you could fix the shading on the model cause it's almost perfect

I have just Linked it. If you are talking about the black shining parts of the pure Mesh, this is a welding problem. Just unweld the Vertices and weld them like you want. PS: SlowMo said its a problem from the Original Mesh.

Milkshape. I have no Experiance with Blender. Try to import the original Mesh. If this solves your problem it seams to be an importer Irritation. If so you can try to swap the modified parts to it.

So I took a look at the file, and there are duplicate verticies around 4k of them, plus several areas that have reversed normals...as far as the normal maps they look ok but a few of the darker Under Mesh the UV mapping is not done very well...and they are in places that I don't think they should be at...Here is a quick render with Merged vertices and the weld applied...
I also selected all in edit mode and did a Face > Tris to Quads... it helped make a cleaner mesh, and also fixed some issues...

Where is that gozanti from? I assume it isn't from Empire at war? It's not from a game, it's a custom model created by Slow_Mo.
