OK...Concerning the Wookies and their texture maps... The textures do have alpha maps included in maps that need alpha...big problem when using them though as the meshes are all combined so when using alpha you also affect the Diffuse texture of the map...The game engine must deal with this in it's own way, but in Blender specific, it does not work..UNLESS you separate out the mesh area that need alpha..specifically the hair strands around the head and around the hands...that way you can use a copy of the material just for those areas with alpha and it won't affect the diffuse texture...I don't have any idea what effect this will have on the rigging, but shouldn't be much of a problem, and I do not know what this will do in 3dmax or Maya as I just don't use them anymore..only for 1 script that I need from time to time... If you use Blender 2.81 it is not a problem as the Alpha Blend Setting under the shader node will display them correctly.

UE Viewer latest update says it's fully compatible with SWJFO this true or would I still need aditional software ?

I hope that's true. I've been getting constant crashes, especially since the last JFO patch.
EDIT: Nevermind, I just realized that the latest version was the one from the 15th. It doesn't work well for me. I still keep getting a ton of crashes when exporting certain assets, such as heads.

Rancor022,I like that it lets you preview and extract the animations but from what I hear Frosty can't do that for BF2. So what would be the best way to get those animations from BF2 ?

Also, glad you guys made these forums after the last ones went down. @czw you sir are a champ. Not sure if anyone else noticed on Kashyyyk but there was a Male and Female partisan that had a weird white body armor. Also, wondering if the Clone Trooper body parts we see on the ground are rigged to come out posed like the regular stuff or are they just static, like the Commander who has the Pauldron and Kama?

I used the Blender for Unreal 4 addon to get the ATST and a walk animations from JFO to UE4. Scale is way off but the walk cycle is on the spot, this means that the ATST slides and I don't think that the 'Root animation' setting works in this case.

Why do you want to extract the AT-ST to put it back to UE4 ? JFO is built in UE4. And the AT-ST Animation works well. JFO Folder

This is not part of the Animation.
For this I think you need an other Animation like the Walk In Animation.
They are all part of the ATST.rar

The short looped animation is meant to be a 'Root Animation' So the animation drives the skeleton. Makes it walk across the floor. But either something is being broken in the exports or I don't properly understand the Blueprints system.

I'm not an Animator.So. When you have a look in the Animation Folder there are some turn and walk in, walk out Animations that have an real distance between start and end Point. The walk Animation seems to be an pur Loop.
