I’m looking for the sound effect of a Star destroyer and a larger super star destroyer like the Supremacy exiting hyperspace.

I’m looking for the sound effect of a Star destroyer and a larger super star destroyer like the Supremacy exiting hyperspace. Can you give examples of what sound effect you are looking for exactly, like maybe some video clips? If you watch any of the shows, movies, or games you will hear different sound effects used for exiting/entering hyperspace with no consistency, so it's really up to you to decide what specific sounds you want.

Warhammer_81 , Something like the Resurgents and the Supremacy coming out of hyperspace in the Last Jedi, or Darth Vader’s Star destroyer from Rogue One.

Hey, I was wondering if anyone had any audio files for ships being damaged. For example "Hull integrity compromised" "Engine at x%" "Shields at x%" etc. Been looking around but can't find any.
Thanks

Did anyone ever rip the audio from fallen order? Specifically the Vader voice files.

Did anyone ever rip the audio from fallen order? Specifically the Vader voice files. No one has released any audio rips from the game to my knowledge. I think the audio can be extracted from the game files but I don't have the game to extract the audio files myself. I think the process to extract the audio is probably similar to Vader Immortal though.

The process of extracting the audio is much more simple compared to Vader Immortal, however the audio files once extracted have no names. Just a random sequence of numbers. So determining what is what is impossible.

So determining what is what is impossible. The Vader Immortal audio files are .wem files with hash numbers as the filenames however they contain the actual names inside the file data that can be read using a hex editor, that's how I got the names for the Lightsaber SFX above. Have you tried looking inside the JFO audio files with a hex editor?

Somehow I did get the file names back when I extracted the audio from the Vader Immortal Ep.1 rip that you gave me. I can't remember at all how I did that.

Can anyone get some of BD-1 beep noises from The Fallen Order?

Can anyone get some of BD-1 beep noises from The Fallen Order? The audio files for JFO do not have names, therefore it would be impossible to find a specific sound. I tried a hex editor as Warhammer suggested, but that doesn't seem to work with JFO.

Warhammer_81, are you able to figure out how to view the audio file names in JFO? I've been playing around with them for the past week (also attempting to use a hex editor) with no success. I've also been searching around a lot on Xentax and Zenhax, also with no success.

I've also been searching around a lot on Xentax and Zenhax, also with no success. I don't have JFO or any of the raw files from the game but if you want to share some file samples I'll take a look at them. It's likely there is a file index somewhere telling the game engine what sound samples to use. With Vader Immortal there are .txt files with all the filenames listed, for example "Lightsaber_PC.txt" contains the file index for "Lightsaber_PC.bnk" which contains all the .wem sound samples. Here are what some of the code samples in the .txt file look like: Event ID Name Wwise Object Path Notes
247258858 Saber_Stab_Cut_PL_Stop_global \Global\SFX\PC_Saber\Saber_StabbingAndCutting\Saber_Stab_Cut_PL_Stop_global
Switch Group ID Name Wwise Object Path Notes
2439837297 Saber_Cut_SurfaceType \Default Work Unit\SABER\Saber_Cut_SurfaceType 3090462341 Saber_Whoosh \Default Work Unit\SABER\Saber_Whoosh
In Memory Audio ID Name Audio source file Wwise Object Pat Notes Data Size
96579890 RICE_Lightsaber_Clash_Rls-006 C:\Users\Public\Projects\WKND3\runtime\WKND_WwiseProject\.cache\Windows\SFX\Saber_Clash\RICE_Lightsaber_Clash_Rls-006_EF3431AA.wem \Actor-Mixer Hierarchy\Default Work Unit\Global\SFX\PC_Saber\PC_Saber\PC_Saber_Clash\Saber_Clash_Releases\RICE_Lightsaber_Clash_Rls-006 69818 Also as stated previously the .wem files themselves contain their file names so it's not hard to work it all out. Since I have no idea what format JFO uses it might not be so simple.

JFO doesn't seem to have any text files, so I doubt it'll be that simple. Here are 10 random audio samples: www.mediafire.com/file/06a1iqwlxeqirn2/JFO_aud_test.rar/file

The files are all music tracks FYI and contain no file name information. The .wem files are containers that needed extracting to get at all the individual audio streams. You are correct that the audio in JFO is different from Vader Immortal. I suspect the file names may be located inside a .xml file called "soundbanksinfo.xml" or "xml.bundle". Since I don't have the game I can't tell you where exactly to look for the needed files but it might be inside the folder where all the audio sound banks are stored.

I was this close to recording myself replaying the campaign with only the voice audio on and splicing it.

Any idea how I would go about ripping sounds from a Bandai game for PS3? In particular, I'm trying to extract sounds from Godzilla. They're in .at3 format.
